Is it time to call a conflict expert?

Signs that your team would benefit from working with a conflict expert

01The same conflicts keep coming back, even though “it’s all been discussed.”
02You agreed on something in a meeting, and a week later everyone remembers it differently.
03Important topics get discussed in hallways and private chats, not in meetings.
04Feedback is either never given or sounds like criticism.
05Good people leave, and it’s not about the money.
06The manager spends more time sorting out relationships than on actual work.
07Meetings turn into a hunt for someone to blame.

Three or more sound familiar? The conflict is already costing you money. Let’s find out where.

Signs that a one-on-one session or the “Just Agree” Club would help you

01You replay a conversation in your head long after it is over.
02You agree just to avoid a fight, then get angry with yourself.
03In an argument you either explode or give in to avoid conflict.
04You keep having the same arguments with the people closest to you.
05It’s hard to say “no,” ask for what you need or set a boundary.
06There is something you have wanted to say for a long time, but you don’t know how to start.
07Some people leave you feeling drained.
08After a conflict, relationships get worse instead of closer and warmer.

Recognize yourself? If the situation is urgent and specific, let’s start with a one-on-one session. If you want regular practice and a supportive community, join the club.

I can help if in your company…

01/ 04
01

Employees “don’t hear” their managers or each other

Feedback doesn’t work and never seems to land, so the same things have to be repeated again and again.

After our work— agreements stick the first time
02

People fear feedback and avoid discussing problems openly

Colleagues keep quiet about problems to avoid conflict. There is no feedback, so problems surface when it is already too late.

After our work— problems get discussed while they can still be fixed
03

Managers struggle with negative clients, react emotionally and burn out

Managers call clients unreasonable, take negativity personally and feel frustrated after every conflict.

After our work— client frustration turns into loyalty instead of a bad review
04

Teams look for someone to blame and stay passive

Entire departments waste time shifting responsibility onto others instead of actively solving the problem.

After our work— the team takes ownership and solves the problem itself

First meeting

In 30 minutes we look at your situation: where exactly communication breaks down, who is involved and what it is already costing the company. You leave with a clear picture and first steps, even if we don’t continue working together.

Team conflict is not a people problem

It’s a problem of the team’s communication culture: how this particular team usually solves problems, how people phrase feedback under stress and disagreement, and what message colleagues send each other, whether directly or through a “meta-message.”

My job is to find and work through the points where tension turns into conflict: mindset, handling emotions, asking questions, securing agreements, uncovering needs and many other skills that shape the outcome of every conversation and the team’s communication culture as a whole.
